PROMOTIONAL CODE, GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDITS

Who doesn’t love a good discount? At MassyMoo, we make it our mission to ensure that you can fully utilise your voucher codes to get the discount on your items! When using your vouchers or promotional codes, please be mindful that:

Promotional Codes

• are only valid within a certain period and cannot be used passed its expiry date;
• if you have returned an item which you have used a promotional code on, you will be credited with the amount that you have paid for. The amount returned will be in the form of a gift card to be used at any time (no expiry date);
• are for one time use only and cannot be combined;
• discounts may only apply to certain brands or certain items;
• promotional codes must be entered at checkout prior to completing purchase. 

Gift Cards

• are available in 4 denominations;
• total amount must be used in one transaction;
• has no expiry date;
• can only be redeemable online (not at physical stores or at Pop Up events);
• cannot exchanged for cash;
• must be entered at checkout prior to completing purchase. 

Store Credits

• are given in the form of a gift card;
• has no expiry date;
• can only be redeemable online (not at physical stores or at Pop Up events);
• cannot exchanged for cash;
• must be entered at checkout prior to completing purchase.
